My in-person personal training and online coaching is designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, and feel confident in your body. My approach blends foam rolling, stretching, activation exercises, plyometrics (including Tabata), and weight training — covering all the key areas of your fitness.
In-Person Sessions
Provide focused, hands-on training with an emphasis on proper technique, alignment, and form. I offer both private sessions and small-group classes — check the class schedule and RSVP a time that works for you.
