Sample Itinerary


Swimmers can look forward to four days of training with two swims each day, followed by a final group swim and celebration on the last day.

  • Day 1:

    • Arrival, meet and greet

    • 1–2 swims depending on camp start time and location

    • One swim focused on skills, one longer open water swim

  • Days 2–4:

    • Two swims each day: one skills-focused, one longer endurance swim

    • Video taping and review included when conditions allow

    • 2–3 hours of free time between swims each day

  • Day 5:

    • Final group long swim in the morning

    • Celebratory group lunch or brunch (depending on venue)
