Mirror Lake Swim Camp - September 9th-13th

Join us for our annual Mirror Lake Swim Camp the beginning of September. This trip will include swimming instruction, mobility/stretching, recovery methods, good food, and a fun atmosphere!
Space is limited, price increases 8/1, and sign up ends 9/1.

PRICE: $1,700 all included (swim instruction with video & feedback, meals, & lodging) before 8/1 then $2,000.
DATES: Wednesday 9/9 - Sunday 9/13
LOCATION: Mirror Lake in Woodstock, NH
ACCOMMODATIONS: Hubbard Brook Apartments
REQUIREMENTS: Should be able to swim at least .5 mile

A typical day might look like:
Morning - warm up, breakfast, swim
Afternoon - lunch, stretching/mobility, talk or video review, 2nd swim
Evening - tea time, dinner, relax, video review
