Freestyle Swim Clinic
Technique matters most. I have spent years working on my freestyle technique, and continue to this day. After having the SCAD (spontaneous coronary artery dissection) which lead to a heart attack, an arrest, then a resurrection, I was able to recover in a few months. After bring out of the water for 2 months, I got in with only 6 weeks until my Open Water Swim Camp in the USVI where I would be leading a 3 mile swim at the end of camp. I made it through with ease, no soreness and a great feeling of accomplishment.
Small group for lots of attention
I attribute my success to the years of work on my freestyle swim technique, strength training, and a gradual progression once I could get back in the water.
I want you to use this swim clinic to get you started or further your ongoing freestyle swim practice.
