Using the “peanut” on the thoracic spine

This is not a stretching class, but Mobility which is about the joint range of motion, creating power in that range, and owning it!

In these 11 classes we will be working on restoring joint, and sliding surface ranges of motion and motor control.

This is an active process using foam rollers, balls, and straps to work the muscles, joints, fascia and nervous system to all work together.

How well can you move through your available range?

Mobility is what keeps us moving well, pain free, and performing at our best, with control.

Tuesdays, 9:30 am-10:15 am.

11 classes for $99, drop in $20 (can be applied to the total if you wish to try the first only class before committing).
